Gratitude walk

A trust-based exercise to appreciate the fullness of life.

Walking itself solves problems, boosts wellbeing and reduces stress. Similarly, gratitude echoes those qualities. Gratitude heals, destresses, and elevates you towards your goals. Together – walking and gratitude are powerful combination.

Steps

5'

Walking

Blindfold one person and take them under your arms so that you can guide them on a 5-minute walk while they share what they are grateful for in life.

Repeating

After 5 minutes, swap and repeat until all three people have been blindfolded and shared what they are grateful for.

Sharing

Take 15 minutes to share your experience with the others. If you are in more than three, you can decide to have a large group discussion too.
