A quick way to cultivate gratitude

Using this very simple activity during a workshop or training is the best way to make sure that everyone goes back home with their hearts full of gratitude towards the experience they had and the people they met.

You may want to thank someone for a nice comment they shared, express your appreciation for what they do, or just tell them how much you enjoyed a certain conversation with them.

Once the participants return home, reading the messages from their peers will fill them with joy and gratitude.
