RfW Kitchen Podcast: Winthrop Carty

We are happy to launch the Recipes for Wellbeing Kitchen, an experimental space in collaboration with The Wellbeing Project to share knowledge around wellbeing in the hope to make wellbeing practices more accessible by learning from the individual experiences of activists, social entrepreneurs, and changemakers.

In our first episode, Greta Rossi interviews Winthrop Carty, previously the executive director of the Melton Foundation, and explore wholeness, positive-fortitude, and some secret ingredients to foster inner wellbeing.

“I started to tell myself about a year ago that I wasn’t smiling enough. I started practicing smiling more and I found it almost forced. But now the practice of smiling has a positive impact externally, it changes the way others feel.” W.C.

Happy listening!
